One-Time Setup: Select Your Rosters
When you first setup your account, you need to select the rosters that you want to have access to be able to enter data. Once you save, you do not need to do this again unless you want to change rosters.
- Go to your account menu and select Edit My Rosters
- Select rosters that you want to have access to when entering data and click Save
Entering Attendance
- Go to Record Student Data and select Attendance
- Select the roster you want to take attendance for
- Click Select All to fill down for all students, and click on any attendance code to change the student’s record
- All data is saved automatically
Tips
- Only rosters marked as Take Attendance on the Admin > Rosters page will be available for attendance. Only Admins can change a roster Attendance settings.
- Specific attendance values such as ISS or AE are set as Admin Only.
- Daily attendance can only be taken once per student, per day. If a student is on more than one attendance roster, changes to one roster will be visible on all rosters.
- You can enter notes for any student that you record attendance for. This will be displayed on attendance reports.
- Reference your school policies & expectations for all Attendance entry protocols
