Use Okta to access DeansList
- Once you have a @kippnj.org email and PC, simply go to Okta (Startup Guide)
- Click DeansList within Okta (or add the App) and you will sign in automatically, no need to remember your username or logins
- If you need Admin level access (admin attendance entry), contact your School Level admin to update your account permissions
One-Time Setup: Select Your Rosters
When you first setup your account, you need to select the rosters that you want to have access to be able to enter data. Once you save, you do not need to do this again unless you want to change rosters.
- Go to your account menu and select Edit My Rosters
- Select rosters that you want to have access to when entering data and click Save
Linking Your Account [For Staff Accessing Multiple Schools]
- Accept and create accounts for all the email invites for each school. Tip: your username should be firstinitiallastnameschoolname if you are accessing multiple schools.
- Sign in and go to your account menu to select My Settings
- Click on Link This Account to Another Account: follow directions to sign into the different accounts and link them together. From there you can use the menu to jump between schools
