When do data tools refresh?

We have over a dozen systems that need to talk to each other, so make sure to reference the following information when you access data resources to know what is working and when.

Overall: Most Data Tools refresh at least once a day, usually between the hours of midnight and 6am

 

Attendance:

1. All data entered in DeansList is imported into PowerSchool between 10:00-10:30am
2. KIPP Database (& Tableau Tools) refresh by 11:30am every day

Assessment Data: once a day every night

DeansList: student rosters, gradebook grades and contact information is updated every night

Gradebook Grades and Assignments: update to Data Tools and DeansList everynight - any data entered before 11pm will be displayed the following day

Literacy F&P: once a day every night - any data entered before midnight will be displayed the following day

Student Contact Information: once a day every night
