Chromebook Troubleshooting (Lenovo 131e)

1. Make sure that there is a green light illuminated on the left side of the Chromebook while it is plugged in? If not:
   1. Make sure that the power strip is turned on.
   2. Make sure that the power cable is connected to the power strip and the power adapter brick.
   3. If light does not illuminate, email [e-mail].
      
2. Unplug the power adapter from the Chromebook.
3. Remove the battery from the Chromebook by moving the clips to the unlock position and sliding the battery upward.
   
4. Connect battery to Chromebook.
5. Plug power adapter into Chromebook.
6. Turn on Chromebook.
7. If Chromebook does not power on, email [e-mail].
