- Select Search Dest. from Scanner screen.
- Select the location of the person to email the document(s).
- Select Email Address under the Search Conditions menu.
- Enter the first few characters of the user’s name (firstinitiallastname format) in the provided text box then select OK.
- Select Start Search to show a list of names that match the search query.
- Select the name of the desired user, then select OK.
- The desired user’s e-mail address is now set as the destination.
