Time and attendance is in a separate module within ADP called Workforce Manager. To navigate to Workforce Manager, select the Myself tab > Workforce Management > Dashboard or select the Time Management System icon on your KIPP homepage. If you have any issues accessing this module please contact: technology@kippnj.org.
Punch tile on homepage
All employees will need to punch in at the start of the work day and punch out at the end of the work day. Your homepage in Workforce Manager includes a Punch tile containing a “Punch” dropdown selection for punching in/out.
For individuals who are required to take a lunch period, you must punch out at the start of your lunch period and punch back in at the end of your lunch period using the standard “Punch” selection from the *Type dropdown. For these employees, you will be provided with a schedule from your manager with your designated lunch time.
View your timecard
To navigate to your timecard to view your time worked, go to the Timecard tile on your homepage > select the arrow to the right of My Timecard. You can also navigate to your timecard by clicking the menu icon on the top-left of your screen > My Information > My Timecard.
When viewing your timecard, you can:
- Change the Timeframe to view a specific pay period or date range.
- Check your punches for the day or week.
- Your timecard is read only. Notify your manager or DSO, if any changes are needed.
- Click Totals to view your total hours worked.
ADP My Work Mobile Application
Download the ADP My Work mobile application from the Apple Store or Play Store to punch in/out from your mobile phone. ADP My Work is used for tracking time and attendance and submitting time off requests only. This application is separate from the ADP Mobile Solutions application, which houses all of your human resources information.
