If you are still unable to sign your document after trying both options below in ADP, submit a ticket to technology@kippn.org
You will be receive an email and notification on your ADP homepage, 'Things to Do" section when a document is ready for your review and signature.
Sign your form through the "Things to Do" notification section on your homepage:
- Click on the task.
- Click the three dots menu > select Review or Sign.
- Scroll to the bottom of the form, acknowledgement message, and click Continue. The form will open for your review and signature.
- If you are unable to scroll to the bottom of your form, go to the top right of your browser, click the three dots next to your initial and zoom out (decrease your zoom percentage) to see the full form.
- Carefully review the form and scroll to the bottom of the document to locate the Signature field and sign.
Sign your form through the Employee Documents page:
In ADP, go to Myself > Employment > My Documents.
- Click on the document with the red icon indicating electronic signature needed.
- The form requiring your signature will open.
- Scroll to the bottom of the form, acknowledgement message, and click Continue.The form will open for your review and signature.
- If you are unable to scroll to the bottom of your form, go to the top right of your browser, click the three dots next to your initial and zoom out (decrease your zoom percentage) to see the full form.
- Carefully review the form and scroll to the bottom of the document to locate the Signature field and sign.
- After you sign, you will have the option to download the document for your records.
- Save your document to close the screen. The red electronic signature icon will no longer show next to the document that you have signed.
