The Seat Tracker app is where the recruitment team keeps track of open positions, and where CMO, regional, and school leaders can plan for positions in their schools and departments.

If you have questions about the number or type of positions at your school, contact your regional budget manager to ask for clarification. If you have technical trouble in the app, contact the Data Team at data@kippteamandfamily.org.
Always refresh the browser tab for the app before you enter data. The app is web-based and updates happen overnight. Entering data into an unrefreshed version of the app might cause you to lose your work.
For School Leaders, DSOs, and Department Heads
When you log in to the app, you'll see a list of positions approved for your location or department. Below we show you how to edit the fields that allow you to put individuals at (or transferring to) your school in those positions, or how to indicate to the Recruitment Team that a vacant position must be filled.
You'll also see how you can check which people on your current roster are not assigned to a position and will not be included in the renewal process.
For Admin Users
This section is for users with additional access (typically Directors and Managing Directors in Operations) who can adjust the number and type of positions at a school.
