ADP Password resets are completed by our technology team. Please email your request to technology@kippnj.org, and one of our ADP system admins will assist you.
Instructions after receiving your temporary password:
1. A password reset email will be sent to you from ADP. If you do not see the email in your KIPP inbox, check your spam or clutter folders.
2. Go to workforcenow.adp.com and log in with your user ID: [____] and temporary password.
3. On the password reset screen, enter the temporary password as your current password and then proceed with changing your password.
For current staff:
After changing your password, ensure you update your new ADP credentials in Okta to prevent the system from logging you in with incorrect credentials and locking you out. Follow these steps:
1. Log in to Okta and hover over the ADP Workforce Now app.
2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Click the "Edit" button below and enter your ADP Username (User ID) and updated password.
4. Click Save below.
5. Go back to the ADP Workforce Now app in Okta and confirm you can log in successfully.
Additionally, be sure to also update your ADP password in any other password managers you may use, such as Google Password Manager built into Chrome.
For former staff:
If you know your User ID and password, you may proceed with those credentials. However, if you need access to pay statements and tax documents from your time with the organization and don't remember your credentials, please email technology@kippnj.org. One of our ADP system admins will assist you with resetting your password and regaining access.
