Accessing ADP as a New Hire

As a new hire, your ADP login credentials remain the same as they were during your onboarding.

To access your KIPP ADP account:

1. Log into kippnj.okta.com.

2. Click on the ADP Workforce Now app.

3. Enter your User ID and password you created during onboarding.

If you have not already saved your credentials to the ADP app via Okta, follow these steps to do so:

1. Go to Okta and hover over the ADP Workforce Now app.
2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner.

3. Click the "Edit" button below and enter your ADP Username (User ID) and password.

4. Click Save below.

5. Go back to the ADP Workforce Now app in Okta and confirm you can log in successfully.

Note: Please be aware that your ADP User ID is unique and usually not the same as your email. If you are unsure of your User ID or password, or if you run into any issues accessing your account, please email [e-mail], and one of our ADP system admins will assist you.
