Keyboard Typing Wrong Keys

If the student's Chromebook is displaying INTL, EXTD, DV, DVP, CO, WM, or WMI 

1. To fix this issue, press and hold the Ctrl and Shift keys at the same time while pressing the space bar as many times until you see US in the lower right corner, as shown below.
   
2. Once that’s completed try typing again. If the error continues to persist, please open up a ticket at [e-mail].
