This article covers how to edit an error in a student's section enrollment dates.
Please note: This should be used with caution, and if you need assistance, please submit a ticket (data@kippnj.org)
- Select a student in PowerSchool admin
- On the left navigation, click All Enrollments
- Find the enrollment that needs to be edited and click Edit
- For a dropped section, the Section ID will be negative. An active course will be positive.
- Edit the Enroll Date and/or Exit Date
- Click Submit
Please Note: If you need to DELETE an erroneous record rather than edit the dates, please submit a ticket to data@kippnj.org.
