Your time off requests are in a separate module within ADP called Workforce Manager. To navigate to Workforce Manager, select the Myself tab > Workforce Management > Dashboard or select the Time Management System icon on your KIPP employee homepage. Submit a request through “My Time Off”
To submit full day requests:
- On your ADP Workforce Manager homepage, click into the Reason field on the My Time Off dropdown. Select a Reason
- Hourly staff are only able to select Sick
- Select the date(s)
- Do not include weekends. If your request spans over a weekend, submit two different requests to exclude Saturday and Sunday.
- Click Apply
- Click Submit
Your manager will receive an email notification for your new time off request submission.
A message will appear in the My Time Off tile stating “Your request has been submitted successfully” indicating your request was submitted.
You can also open the Control Center in the top-right of your screen to see the notification for your pending time off request.
To submit a partial day request:
- Click Advanced Options on the My Time Off tile
- Select the Date(s)
- Click Apply.
- Select Hours as the Daily Amount.
- Enter the Start and End time for your request
- Select the Reason.
- Hourly staff are only able to select Sick
- Click Submit.
Your manager will receive an email notification for your new time off request submission.
