How to Access
Students
- Use Clever [Clever 101]
Teacher or a Co-Teacher
- Use Clever [Clever 101]
- Select Login as Teacher if you want to only access the sections you are assigned to as a Lead Teacher or as a Co-Teacher/Gradebook Access
AP, SL, non-teaching staff, Regional Leaders and T&L Staff
- Use Clever [Clever 101]
- Select Login as Staff if you want to access your entire school and all rosters
- All teachers, co-teachers and non-teaching staff can always login as “Staff”
Action Item: starting new year with your rosters
If you are a new teacher who did not use Quill at KIPP in previous year:
- Access Quill via Clever and sign in as Teacher
- Click "Import" to copy over your classes from PowerSchool/Clever into Quill
If you are a returning teacher who used Quill last year:
- Access Quill via Clever and sign in as Teacher
- Archive your classes from previous year:
- Note that archiving will remove access to all data / reporting from last year. If you want to save that info, use the Premium Reports first to download
- Click "Import" to copy over your classes from PowerSchool/Clever into Quill

The app is not loading, or there is an error page - help!
- First make sure your network and other websites are functioning properly, and that you logged in following the steps outlined above → if network and connectivity is an issue, reach out to your school Tech support
- If possible, you or the user should use a different device to determine → if the device is the issue, reach out to your school Tech support
- Confirm your PC and network system check with the app
- Please notify Data and share a screenshot and any details to help us troubleshoot
