***A new offer letter is needed for all title changes. Please be sure to reach out to recruitment@kippnj.org for support with sending out offer letters.
Navigate to My team > Employment > Employment Profile > Position.
To update your direct report’s position click Edit > pick an effective date > pick a Job Title > pick a Job Change Reason > DONE. All position updates will require an approval.
Use the business card feature to navigate between the ‘My Team” screens and use the left/right arrows to change employee profiles.
