Step 1: How to Audit Manager Assignments:
- Go to Staff Roster tool (all data is updated from the day before via ADP)
- Filter for your school/location/manager
- Confirm if manager assignments are accurate
- If they need to change, please follow the steps below
Step 2: How to Request Updated Manager Assignments in ADP
- Please email humanresources@kippnj.org to request manager changes for your direct reports or school staff. In your email, include:
- the name of the employee
- the name of the new manager
- the effective date of the change
Once changes are made in ADP and confirmed by HR team via the ticket, you should expect to see manager information updated in downstream systems, such as Grow or the Staff Roster tool on the next day.
