Indirect reports are employees who are managed by your direct reports. To view your indirect reports, navigate to My Team > Personal Information > Employee Profile. In the employee profile header, click the search bar under the field labeled Employee Search > click the checkbox for “Include Indirect Reports” > close the screen.
Your employee view count will increase and you will now see all employees who report up to your direct reports. For an easier navigation between tabs and screens to view employee information, click the arrow to the right of the employee name > Employment > Employment Profile.
Once you are on the Employment Profile, you can remove indirect reports from your view. Click the search bar under the Employee Search field > uncheck the box for “Include Indirect Reports” > click “Use this list”.
