To cancel a time off request submission, login to ADP and go to Myself > Workforce Management > Dashboard or click the Time Management System icon under Quick Links on your homepage.
On the Workforce Management homepage, go to the My Notifications tile > click My Requests.
- The Control Center page will display all of your time off requests.
- Click the Status dropdown > click the box "All Status" to display a list of all your submitted requests or select a specific status.
- Click the checkbox next to the request you need to cancel.
- Click the Cancel button on the top right of your page. This will open a new window displaying all request details.
- Click Cancel Request. A banner message will display indicating your request was cancelled successfully or pending approval. Pending approval will only show if the request was already approved by your manager.
To cancel a time off request through My Calendar, open the three lines menu on the top left of your Workforce Manager homepage > My Information > My Calendar:
- Click on the day containing your submitted time off request.
- Click the Requests tab on the right side of your page.
- Click the dots menu to the right of the request you need to cancel.
- Click Cancel Request.
Requests that are not yet approved by your manager will immediately show as Cancelled.
