Accelerated Reader - How to Adjust Words Read Goals

How it Works

At start of each year, each student is assigned a default words read goal based on their F&P independent reading level or their grade level:

How to Adjust Individual Student Words Read Goals

If you want to adjust a student's goal, go to the Words Read Goal sheets:

For Newark (TEAM) staff only

For Camden (KCNA) staff only

For Miami (KMS) staff only

1. Review the Goals Criteria
2. Click into the appropriate school tab
3. Use drop down menu to add a student name
4. Type in the adjusted goal for the appropriate term
5. Adjusted goals will update in tools next day : Accelerated Reader Dashboard
