How do I login to PowerSchool? : Use Okta to access PowerSchool Teacher, Gradebook and PowerSchool Admin

• Welcome! Each region has a separate and secure PowerSchool site to manage their student information.
• You will only be able to access PowerSchool sites for the region you work within:
  • TEAM = Newark
  • KCNA = Camden
  • MIA = Miami

Staff Access to PowerSchool is easy with Okta.

What do I use PowerSchool for?

• PowerSchool is our student information system and consists of 2 different sites:
  • PowerTeacher: for teachers and APs entered grades into Gradebook (for teachers)
  • PowerSchool Admin: for admins, operation teams and APs to manage student enrollment, schedule, family and contact info

To access PowerTeacher or PowerSchool Admin:

1. Sign into Okta (using your private windows password)
2. You will only be able to access sites for the region you work within
   • TEAM = Newark
   • KCNA = Camden
   • MIA = Miami
3. Click on the apps to launch:
   • PowerSchool Teacher (for Gradebook data entry K-12)
   • PowerSchool Admin (for Ops and Admin staff)
