Please note: Changes to year-long course enrollments should be made only after permanently storing report cards and generating the report cards in DeansList - see the current Report Card Wiki for timelines
Generating Report Cards in DeansList
- Log in DeansList using Okta
- Under the Reports & Data tab, in the Reports section, click on the appropriate report card format (HS Report Card, MS Report Card, or ES Report Card)
- Select Manage Report Distribution in the "Electronically Distribute Reports" section
- Make sure the correct term is selected (#1 in screenshot A below)
- Make sure All entries are showing (#2 in screenshot A)
- Select the checkbox so that all report cards are selected (#3 in screenshot A)
- Click Create PDFs to generate report cards (#4 in screenshot A)
- Click Yes to overwrite any previously generated report card
- *Do not close window until is says "Queue is empty" on the bottom right hand corner of the screen

Digitally Storing Report Cards in Google Drive
There are two ways to digitally store report cards. Option 1 allows you to save 1 file per student in a ZIP file. Option 2 will save all the report cards to 1 file.
Option 1
- Log into DeansList using Okta
- Under the Reports & Data tab, in the Reports section, click on the appropriate report card format (HS Report Card, MS Report Card, or ES Report Card)
- Select Manage Report Distribution in the "Electronically Distribute Reports" section
- Make sure the correct term is selected (#1 in screenshot B below)
- Make sure All entries are showing (#2 in screenshot B)
- Select the checkbox so that all report cards are selected (#3 in screenshot B)
- Click Download PDFs (#4 in screenshot B), then click Yes on the pop up confirmation message
- Once you've saved report cards for all grades at your school, place the ZIP file in the appropriate folder for your school:

Option 2
- Log into DeansList using Okta
- Under the Reports & Data tab, in the Reports section, click on the appropriate report card format (HS Report Card, MS Report Card, or ES Report Card)
- In the "Print Reports", confirm the appropriate term is selected
- Print reports by Grade Level
- Printing Tips:
- Follow the instructions below and hit Ctrl P or Right Click > Print
- Change the Printer type from [your school printer] to PDF

Select the appropriate formatting [IMPORTANT]
- Layout: Landscape
- Margins: NONE
- Options: Include Background Graphics
