How to update dependents in ADP

Log into your ADP profile:

Add a Dependent

Myself > Personal Information > Dependents & Beneficiaries > + ADD > Add Dependent (select appropriate dependent type) > Continue > Complete fields marked with asterisks > Click Done

• • For newborns: Tax ID Type > Social Security Number (SSN) > Check box ‘Applied for a Tax ID’
  • Complete Enrollment Now (if adding dependent to health insurance coverage) > Continue

Edit a Dependent

Myself > Personal Information > Dependents & Beneficiaries > Click on the pencil in the right-hand corner of dependent to be updated > Make edits accordingly > Select 'Save’ button for new changes to apply

Remove a Dependent

Myself > Personal Information > Dependents & Beneficiaries > Click on pencil in right hand corner of dependent to be removed > Select ‘Delete’ > Confirm by selecting 'Yes'
