If you are using a List that has an email alert setup (previously setup during summer startup, for example), there is a quick way for Admins to edit the email addresses to add or remove staff during the year.
- Go to Admin > Consequences & Lists > Select the appropriate list
- Click on Workflow
- Add or remove the email address as needed
