In your Google Chrome Browser, go to: downloads.gradecam.com and follow the first three steps:
Browser Support: Click on Install Extension and follow the on-screen prompts
Install GradeCam Plugin: In your Status/Notifications Area, located on the bottom right of your desktop, click on your Kaseya Agent icon.
This will open up a new page in your browser; from the list that is propagated, findDownload GradeCam Plugin and click on Run Now. This will take a few minutes to process and finish.
Where it is finished, return to your Google Chrome Browser and checkdownloads.gradecam.com to ensure installation.
Select Camera: From the Camera Drop Down menu, select a camera to see which is outputting an image. (Options may vary.) Remember the Camera choice that displayed the image.
Check Illuminate to see if GradeCam scanning is now functional. If not, continue following the next steps.
From your Start menu, find and select Lenovo – Web Conferencing. In the Camera Settings tab, click on Show My Video Image
If the option to Show My Video Image is not there, you will need to update yourLenovoCommunications Utility program. If it shows, continue to step 4.
From your Start menu, find and select Lenovo – Updates and Drivers. In the left hand column, first click Get New Updates to ensure the latest System Update utility is installed. Afterwards, click Installed Deferred Updates.
Click the Optional Updates tab and from the menu select Lenovo Communications Utility and start installation.
Your computer may need to be restarted for the changes to propagate. Afterwards return to Step 2 to continue the process.
In your Google Chrome Browser, go to your Illuminate webpage and select an assignment that has a scanning option available. Underneath your camera on the left-hand side, click Tools and select Settings.

From the Settings menu, click the General tab and change the Javascript Version to either Alpha or Beta. (Note: Most of the time, the Alpha version is the preferred choice; however, Beta version has also been the answer for some teachers.)
Also ensure that the Camera display that was chosen during Step 1 – Part C of this guide is cohesive with the Select Camera in this settings menu.
Afterwards, click Save Settings and return to your previous page.
Test the camera by making sure there is an image being displayed in one of your assignments with scanning capabilities.
