Issues Opening Progress Tracker / NCA Blue / KIPPShare Files

If you get the following error, located in the screenshot below, when you try to open a file from KIPPShare, please follow the steps provided in this guide.

1. Open Internet Explorer and press Alt and T at the same time to open the Tools menu. Find and then click on Compatibility View settings
   
   
2. In the text box immediately following Add this website:, input the following: *.kipp.org, and then click Add. Uncheck Display intranet sites in Compatibility View and Use Microsoft Compatibility List. Then click on Close.
   
   
3. Restart Internet Explorer and test to see if it now works. Once you launch any KIPPShare files, the prompt located below should come up. Click OK to continue.
