- In your preferred internet browser, go to the Manager’s Login Page using this address: http://team-lightspeed.teamschools.kipp.org/zones/login
- Login using your standard KIPP NJ credentials (username: firstinitallastname)
- Click on the Web Zone that you need to provide access for
- Activate the Web Zone by clicking the Start button (triangle icon) in the upper right corner. You can adjust the amount of time that the session will be valid by clicking the timer and selecting the new time from the drop-down box:
- Instruct the user that requires access to open the following page in a browser: http://team-lightspeed.teamschools.kipp.org/joinzone
- The user must start typing the Name of the Web Zone that you are providing access to and it will fill in the remainder of the valid Web Zone name. The user will select the Web Zone then enter their name so that you know to whom you are providing access. The user will then select Send Request:
- Return to the Manager’s login page on your laptop then Accept or Deny the request:
