How to Install Software (New Blue K Portal)

1. Look for the Blue K Portal on the bottom right corner of your screen. (If you do not see it click the up arrow to find it.)
2. Double-click the Blue K icon.
3. Once the portal launches, click the Menu icon on the top left of your browser.
4. Select the Agent Procedures menu.
5. Navigate to the Run tab.
6. Locate the software that you would like to install and click the Run Now icon.
7. You will not see any popups immediately. The software will install in the background. Once the installation is complete, you will receive a popup notification indicating that the software installed successfully.
