If your computer is not turning on you can try a few things, either 1 of the steps will help you solve the issue.
- Ensure the AC adapter is plugged in properly and securely.
- Press and hold the power button for four seconds or more.
- Remove the AC power adapter and reset the computer by inserting a needle or a straightened paper clip into the emergency reset hole on the bottom of the device.
