Error : Screen Appears Black
Solution:
- Long or repeated presses of the decrease brightness button will give you the impression that the computer is off .(see image below)
- To resolve, press the increase brightness button to restore the screen to a viewable form (see image below)
- Additionally, if a student presses the power button for 10+ seconds, the device will turn off and consequently log the student out of TestNav. Turn the computer back on and restart the testing session for this student.
