Error 9058 - Incorrect login Page

Error: Incorrect login Page - Error 9058

Problem:

• The student entered an invalid username or associated password AND/OR selected the wrong location. Either the student has the wrong information or incorrectly typed the information.

Solution:

• Make sure the student launches the TestNav application from the Apps section of the home page
• Make sure the student is signing into the New Jersey login page
• Make sure the student is using correct credentials
• To get the correct login page, click the user icon in the top-right corner and select "Choose a different customer"
