How to Access our Network Remotely (VPN)

This is the process you will need to follow to remotely connect to our network.

How to VPN on Windows 10:

1. Open Cisco AnyConnect VPN software by clicking the Start button, type AnyConnect, and click on Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.
   
   

   

   
   
2. Once the AnyConnect client window is opened, click the Connect button.
   
   

   

3. You will be prompted to enter your credentials, type your Username and Password, and click OK. (Use the same Windows password that you use to log in to your computer.)
   • You may have to change the Group to KNJVPN.
     

     

4. If you don't currently have Authenticator set up, you can do so by following these instructions.
5. Verify you are connected to the network by checking your System Tray. You should see “Cisco AnyConnect VPN: Connected”.
   
   

   

How to VPN on Windows 7:

1. Open Cisco AnyConnect VPN software by clicking the Start button, type AnyConnect, and click on Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.
   
   

   

2. Once the AnyConnect client window is opened, click the Connect button.
   
   

   

3. You will be prompted to enter your credentials, type your Username and Password, and click OK. (Use the same Windows password that you use to log in to your computer.)
   
   

   

4. Verify you are connected to the network by checking your System Tray. You should see “Cisco AnyConnect VPN: Connected”.
