MAP :: Goal Sheets - How to Run MAP Mail Merge Goal Sheets

What is this?

Goal Sheets will provide students 3 goals that are simple and meaningful:

• Keep up: beat your last score
• 50^th Percentile Goal
• 75^th Percentile Goal
• + display their most recent Spring or Fall MAP assessment record for reference

How to Run MAP Goal Sheet Mail Merges:

1. Access Data Feed: Click on the tabs to find your school data feed
2. Download Data: Copy your school data to Excel and save file on your desktop (or go to File > Download As > Excel)
3. Download the Word Mail Merge Templates to your PC
   1. Note: Right click on the Word Template to download as a Word File
4. Mail Merge the data & share reports
