From your Start Menu, search for and start Carbonite Endpoint.
From the Carbonite Endpoint Window, click on Restore in the top right corner.
Under the Folder Window, navigate to the folder or file you wish to restore then click Next.
To select a folder or file, it must be highlighted within the window.
Under the Restore Location section, go to Restore to: and click on the Original location selection.
Alternatively you can restore files to a specific folder, by clicking on New location.
Then click on Browse and select the folder you wish to restore the file to.
Once selected, click OK.
Under the Name Conflict section, go to If files exists: and click on Overwrite existing file (delete existing file).
Then click Restore to start the restore process.
You can monitor the progress from the Home section of your Carbonite Endpoint Window.
After the backup has completed, please reach out to your tech to confirm that files have completed and to assign ownership of files. Submit a ticket to technology@kippnj.org
