How to Upload a File or Folder to Google Drive

1. Start your Chrome Browser, and go to drive.google.com.
2. Navigate to the folder or shared drive that you wish to upload your files to.
3. Right click on an empty space in the folder and click on either Upload files or Upload folder.
4. In the browser window that pops up, select the files or folder you wish to upload.
5. Then click Open.
6. Wait for the browser to finish uploading your files before closing out of your Chrome browser or tab. You can monitor the status of the upload in the bottom right corner of the screen.
7. Alternatively, you can also drag-and-drop your files or folder from your computer directly into Google Drive.
