Alerus 403(b) Retirement Plan

KIPP TEAM and Family (CMO Staff) | KIPP Miami

All KIPP TEAM and Family (CMO Staff) and KIPP Miami employees are automatically enrolled in the 403b retirement plan through Alerus Retirement and Benefits. Employees are not mandated to contribute. However, employees must contribute in order to receive any available match.

All KIPP NJ and KIPP Miami employees will receive an automatic 3% profit share contribution and have the opportunity to receive an additional company match up to 3%. Full vesting will be reached once an employee completes three years of service.

Calculating your 403b contribution:
= $_________(Gross Salary) X 3% ____________ ÷ 24 = _______________ (The amount that will be withheld each pay period toward your 403b)
