Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Our EAP through SupportLinc has many resources to help employees and their families with discovering the best tools to help keep your well-being intact. SupportLinc’s Mental Health Navigator is a great resource to start with which can help you to assess your “emotional fitness”. It also recommends care options within the SupportLinc program with live links you can use to easily connect and explore resources. The EAP can also help you find a healthcare professional and wellness resources that accept your insurance provider. The website also has resources to support you with family, career, lifestyle , legal and financial questions!
HealthyLearn – HealthyLearn is a resource that covers over a thousand health and wellness topics in a simple, straight-forward manner. The HealthyLearn site has an OnDemand library full of resources to assist in your everyday physical and mental health. You can connect directly here.
Teledoc – Employees can use this 24/7 service to gain access to a doctor, therapist or medical expert from your phone or mobile device for a small copay of only $47. Teledoc also has dedicated resources to mental healthcare providers you can find at www.teledoc.com, just click on the mental health tab under the “ways we help” section.

GoodRx – this discount service is available to you and your family regardless of what health insurance provider you have. You can visit this site anytime you need to find a cost on a prescription and compare prices across pharmacies (local or mail-order) and discover free coupons and additional savings tips. You can also download the GoodRx app so you can have it on the go!

GlobalFit Gym Discount Program – this service offers employees and their families discounts at more than 10,000 gyms nationwide. Members receive exclusive savings on home health and fitness products and allows for virtual workout program options. Nutrition services are available through a Registered Dietitian, which is often free of charge and covered by most insurance companies. GlobalFit offers an optional paid app for a one-time fee of $4.95.
