Managing Chromebook Accessibility Features

Occasionally, users may encounter what appear to be issues such as:

• Enlarged Screens
• Voice Assisted Prompts
• Inverted Colors
• Large Mouse Cursor

This is related to any of a number of accessibility features being turned on.  Follow these steps to either activate or deactivate various features:

1. At the Login screen click on the Time/Systems Tray displayed in the lower right corner of the screen. And click Accessibility.

1. Click the Accessibility Option(s) that you wish to Enable or Disable.

NOTE:  If the device is logged in, the process will similar to the photos below.

1. At the Login screen click on the Time/Systems Tray displayed in the lower right corner of the screen. And click the settings gear icon.
 

2. In settings click Accessibility. Then in Accessibility Option(s) that you wish to Enable or Disable.
