How to update Poster Printer firmware

1. In your preferred browser, go to https://support.hp.com/us-en, and scroll down to "Identify your product"
   
2. Type the model of your site's poster printer. You can find this information from the printer itself, Mobile Asset based on the device's asset tag, or from the Standard Equipment List
3. Click "Software and Drivers".
   
4. You'll see multiple sections. Click "Firmware" and download the first file under the dropdown.
   
   
5. Once the file has download, transfer it to a USB Drive. Connect this same USB to your poster printer, and it should automatically detect the Firmware File and prompt and update.
6. Click "OK" and leave the update to progress until completion, then remove your USB.
