Great News! You can now join your Zoom meetings in the main conference rooms at Room 9 (soon Lanning Square)

Join by Webex Device

Join a Zoom meeting by tapping the Zoom Button directly from your Webex Device.

 

Join by Dialing into the Meeting

You will need the Meeting ID (and Passcode if necessary, which can be provided by the host) in order to dial into a Zoom Meeting with your Webex device. 

 

1. Once you have the code you can join by tapping the Zoom Button on your device.
2. After tapping Next, select if you are the Meeting Host or not. If you are the host, enter the Host Key. 

Locating the Host Key

Host Key can be found by logging in to kippnj.okta.com and navigating to kippnj.zoom.us/profile

In-Meeting Controls

 

All call controls and features available in Zoom meetings can now be accessed in the meeting when a Touch Controller is connected to your device, as shown above.

Tips

• To see the conference view from the TV, select Self View and then toggle Show Self View.
• To share your screen from your laptop, connect the HDMI cable (or USB-C adapter for Macs) and select View to share screen.
• The host options button is always visible. However, the commands will not work if you are not the host.
• If mute on join is configured in the Zoom meeting, you have to mute and unmute for the device to match up this Zoom setting.
