- Open Outlook.
- Create new folder under your Inbox and name it Archives.
- Click the recently created Archives folder, select File >> Open & Export >> Import/Export.
- An Import and Export Wizard will open; select Import from another program or file and click Next.
- Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
- Select Do not import duplicates, click on Browse… Once the Open Outlook Data Files window opens, navigate to My Documents >> Outlook Files, select the archive (.PST) file you would like to import, click Open and then click Next.
- Select Import items into the current folder, check Include subfolders checkbox and click Finish.
- Repeat steps 2-7 for each of the archive files in My Documents >> Outlook Files.
