This article outlines two methods for managing your Blocked Senders list.
NOTE: The blocked person can still send you mail, but it will be quarantined. You will receive a daily e-mail if any new mail has been quarantined. It's a good idea to periodically review your quarantined e-mails.
- Block a sender from your reading pane
- Open your Outlook client
- Open the message from the sender you want to block
- Right-click the message then click Junk > Block Sender
- Add to the Blocked Senders list
- Open your Outlook client
- On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options
- On the Blocked Senders tab, click Add
- In the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter the domain name or address that you want to add, for example:
- someone@example.com
- @example.com
- example.com
- Click OK and repeat for each entry that you want to add
