Webex - Transfer or Share a File

1. To Transfer or Share a file to allow other participants to save on their device, click on File, located in the top right corner and then click on Transfer...
2. In the window that pops up, select the File(s) you wish share and click Open.
   • The files will remain available to all users who need to download it until you close out of the File Transfer Window.
3. For a user to download these files, they will have to click on File, located in the top right corner and then click on Transfer... to view the File Transfer Window.
4. The user will then need to select the file they wish to download, then right-click and select Download from the popup menu.
