If you forgot your password, you can reset it without having to submit a Technology Ticket as long as you followed and completed your onboarding instructions on setting up Self-Service Password Reset.
In case you have not set it up, you will have to set it up by following this Help Center Article: How to Enable Self-Service Password Reset
- From Chrome, go to kippnj.okta.com.
- Click on Need help signing in?
- From the drop down menu, click on Forgot password?
- You can choose from two options: Reset via SMS or Reset via Email
- Reset via SMS
- Enter your Verification Code in the Text Box
- Click on Verify
- Reset via Email
- If you have access to your email,
- Reset via SMS
- After choosing either option, you will be prompted to answer the Security Question you have previously set when you first enabled Self-Service Password Reset. In the Text Box, enter your answer.
- Click Reset Password.
- You will be prompted to reset your password, follow the instructions on password requirements and enter your new password twice in the New password and Repeat password text boxes.
- Click Reset Password and sign into your account.
