In order to access ADP for all HR and Benefits information, you must first complete these steps to register and create a new account. If you encounter any issues creating or accessing your ADP account, please contact: technology@kippnj.org.
Locate and open your ADP Welcome email
In your KIPP inbox, locate the email with the subject line “Welcome to ADP” from KIPP_TEAM_and_Family_School.HR@adp.com . Your ADP welcome email will include a Personal Registration Code and a link to begin the ADP registration process.
Copy your registration code and click the “Register Now” link. Your registration code is only active for 15 days.
Create your account
Once you are redirected to the Self Service Registration page, click “I have a registration code” and enter/paste the registration code from your welcome email on the next screen. Click Continue.
Enter your Identification Information
Enter your legal First Name, legal Last Name, and select the option to enter your Social Security Number. Click Continue.
Enter your Contact Information
Enter your Work email address and your Phone number. Click Continue.
Create your User ID and Password
- For User ID, enter your work email address
- Create a Password
- Password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click Create Your Account
Log in to ADP Workforce Now
Note: You will also be able to access ADP via Okta (kippnj.okta.com). On your first login to ADP through Okta, Okta will prompt you to enter your ADP username and password. It will then remember your login credentials and automatically log you in going forward.
