***All school based employee salary changes should be requested through the HR team after the offer letter has been received. Forward a copy of the offer letter to humanresources@kippnj.org with the requested salary change details.
***All CMO salary changes: Navigate to My Team > Employment > Employment Profile > Regular Pay. To update the salary for your direct report click Edit > pick an effective date > pick a change reason > enter the new amount > DONE. All salary updates will require a new offer letter (first) and approval.
Note: Salary changes for your direct reports should only be completed under the “My Team” tab. Please refer to the Compensation module job aide for the stipend submission process.
