Effective February 2023 - Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request manager changes for your direct reports or school staff. In your email, include the name of the employee, the name of the new manager, and the effective date of the change.
Navigate to My Team > Employment > Employment Profile > View the Position tile > Reports To.
To update who should manage your direct report, click the pencil icon under Reports To > pick an effective date > enter the last name of the new manager > click the radio button to select the manager’s name > DONE. Manager changes flow over to the time and attendance module (Workforce Manager) the next day.
Note: If the new manager’s name is not available to select from, this means that person does not have manager rights in ADP. Please submit a ticket to email@example.com.
