This guide explains how to review, edit, and approve employee timecards as a Time Supervisor (Reports To Manager) using ADP.
Reviewing Timecards
Navigate to My Team > Time & Attendance > Individual Timecard.
- To select a specific employee:
- Use the Employee Search feature to filter and select a direct report.
- Alternatively, navigate between individual timecards using the left and right arrows.
- In the Time Period section, select the desired Pay Period or enter a custom Start/End Date range to review.
Entering or Editing Employee Time
As a Time Supervisor, you can add or modify employee time entries:
- Navigate to the employee’s timecard.
- Locate the date needing time entry or edits:
- Double-click the left column to enter or edit the In time.
- Double-click the right column to enter or edit the Out time.
- After making edits, select Save at the bottom left to finalize.
Approving Timecards
To approve time entries:
- Select the checkbox next to each individual day you wish to approve, or
- Check the box next to Approve to approve all days for the entire week at once.
After selecting the appropriate checkboxes, click Save at the bottom-left corner to ensure your selections and any additional changes are recorded.
Finally, click Approve Timecard in the upper-right corner to lock and finalize your approval for the current time period.
