Timeliness reports help Time Supervisors ensure that employee punches, timecards, and approvals are completed promptly and accurately. These reports are essential for minimizing payroll issues, maintaining schedule adherence, and providing insight into Time Off balances.
Several reports are available under both Time & Attendance and Time Off. Below are a few key ones.
Navigate to: Reports & Analytics > My Team Reports > Time & Attendance / Time Off
Key Time & Attendance Reports
- My Team Punch Source Report
Displays employee in/out times, total hours for each time pair, pay code, clock-in ID, and clock-out ID. It also shows the method used for each punch (e.g., time clock, time sheet, web clocking, or phone clocking). - My Team Daily Schedule Report
Shows employee daily schedules, including scheduled start/stop times, pay codes, shift rules, and labor charges associated with scheduled time pairs. - My Team Timecard Exception Report
Lists unresolved timecard exceptions by employee.
Before running a report, you can use filters to focus on the specific data you need. This makes the report easier to read, saves time, and helps prevent important information from being overlooked by keeping the results more manageable.
Once filtering is complete, you can export the report as a PDF, CSV, or Excel file.
For most standard reports, you can also save customized versions with your chosen filters or settings by selecting the "Save as" option. These saved versions appear under the "My Reports" tab for future use—saving time for frequently run reports.

Key Time Off Reports
- My Team Time Off Request Report
Tracks employees’ time off requests, including their status and other relevant details. - My Team Time Off Balance Detail Report
Provides detailed information on employee Time Off balances by policy and time period. It shows all transactions that affect balances and can help troubleshoot balance issues. - My Team Time Off Balance Summary Report
Summarizes all transaction types for a specific Time Off policy.
