This article explains the process for modifying or deleting schedules in ADP.
Schedule Templates
People > Time & Attendance > Schedule Templates
To modify or delete a Schedule Template:
- Locate the template you'd like to edit, then click the three-dot icon to the left of the template name.
- Select from the available options:
- Edit Template
- Copy Template
- Delete Shifts and Inactivate Template
- Delete Shifts
- Manage Assignments
- View Schedule Template Audit
Schedules
People > Time & Attendance > Schedules
Once you select a day by clicking the green checkmark on the date, you’ll have options to add, copy, delete, or modify the assigned shifts. You can also override specific days for unique, one-off scenarios. To make changes in bulk, hold Shift and select multiple days.
Note: Before overriding a shift on any selected day, you must first delete the currently assigned shift.
