This guide outlines how to make changes to an approved timecard online in ADP Workforce Now.
As a manager or DSO, you can make edits to a timecard, even after the timecard has been approved.
Once the pay period is closed and locked, you can no longer make any edits and will need to email humanresources@kippteamandfamily.org to process the timecard changes. A timecard that is greyed out indicates the pay period has been locked.
As a manager who needs to make edits to a direct report's timecard, navigate to My Team > Time & Attendance > Individual Timecard.
As a DSO who needs to make edits to a timecard for a staff member at your school or campus, navigate to People > Time & Attendance > Individual Timecard.
To make edits to an individual timecard that is approved:
- Click into the column that you need to edit and make the change
- Scroll to the bottom of the timecard and click Save
- Click the checkbox on the left, next to the day(s) that you made the edit for
- If the timecard was already approved, a message will display in the checkbox indicating the approval date and time and no further action is needed
- Click Approve Timecard on the top right
